The Executive Committee is the authority which coordinates the activities, plans the organized development and establishes contacts with other organizations. Its members are the sole representation of Koshiki Pan America. The committee makes its decisions by consensus. The executive mermbers are (named alphabetically):

Maria Evans (Shihan, 7th dan), Larry Foisy (Renshi, 4th dan), Michel Laurin (Hanshi, 9th dan), Myron Mr. Lubitsch (Hanshi, 9th dan), Dalil Maschino (Renshi, 6th dan).

The High Council includes individuals recognized for their experience, accomplishments and research in the field of martial arts. Its members advise the executive committee. The list of the members of the High Council will be made public soon.
